GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide)
Boxed warning
Risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. In studies in rodents, semaglutide and tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors. It is not known whether they cause thyroid tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in humans. Do not use if you or a family member has ever had MTC, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
Who should not use it
Anyone with a personal or family history of MTC or with MEN 2, anyone who has had a serious allergic reaction to semaglutide, tirzepatide or any ingredient in the product, and anyone who is pregnant. Do not use two GLP-1 medications at the same time.
Serious side effects
Inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes, increased heart rate, depression or thoughts of suicide, and food or liquid entering the lungs during surgery or procedures under anesthesia or deep sedation.
Tell your provider right away if you get a lump or swelling in the neck, trouble swallowing, hoarseness or shortness of breath.
Common side effects
Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, headache, tiredness, upset stomach, dizziness, bloating and heartburn.
Pregnancy and birth control
Tell your provider if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. Tirzepatide may reduce the effectiveness of oral birth control.

How does pricing work?
Every product shows its price upfront, including your provider visit, the medication and shipping. There are no membership fees. A 3-month supply costs less per month than monthly.
How do I get a prescription?
Choose a product and complete a short online visit. A healthcare provider licensed in your state reviews it. A prescription is issued only if the provider decides treatment is appropriate for you. If you are not approved, you are not charged for the medication.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. They are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies under a valid prescription, and they are not generic versions of brand-name drugs such as Wegovy® or Zepbound®. Each product page states whether it is compounded or FDA-approved.
Can I message a provider after I start?
Yes. Your patient portal includes provider messaging, order tracking and follow-up visits at no extra cost.
